No fee will be charged for responses up to ten pages. A processing fee of 1 Turkish Lira will be charged for each page exceeding ten pages. If the response to the application is provided on a recording medium such as CD or flash drive, the fee that may be requested by our company shall not exceed the cost of the recording medium. In this context, personal data owners;

• •Requesting information if personal data has been processed,
• •Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
• •Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
• •Requesting correction if personal data is processed incompletely or incorrectly and requesting that the transaction carried out in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
• •Requesting deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring processing have ceased to exist despite being processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 and other relevant law provisions, and requesting that the transaction carried out in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
• •Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person through the analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems,
• •Requesting compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing of personal data.
